前文我們提到Windows 11僅支持新設(shè)備而放棄為舊設(shè)備提供支持 , 這里的新舊只要以2017年的TPM 2.0為界線。
要想升級(jí)Windows 11必須同時(shí)滿足以下條件：處理器在支持清單里、附帶TPM2.0芯片、BIOS里支持安全啟動(dòng)。
這些要求目前已經(jīng)造成某些問(wèn)題，部分用戶的處理器是支持的但沒(méi)有安全芯片，或者有芯片但處理器不再列表里。
很遺憾按微軟官方的說(shuō)明如果不能同時(shí)滿足要求的話那就無(wú)法升級(jí)Windows 11，除非用戶更換硬件以滿足要求。
為此微軟也已經(jīng)在支持文檔里公布所有受支持的處理器，包括英特爾品牌的、AMD 品牌的以及高通驍龍?zhí)幚砥鳌?/p>
